EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

 

Can I return an item for a refund?

 

We will refund any item, providing the following are met:

 

  • Goods were purchased online
  • Goods are in unworn/unused original condition
  • You contact us within 14 days of purchase
  • Goods are received at our return address within 14 days of receiving return instructions

  

If you contact us with your return request within 7 working days, you are entitled to a full refund, including the original delivery cost. If you contact us outside of 7 working days, we will refund the product cost only. 

 

Non-faulty goods purchased at a theatre may be exchanged or credited, provided the last three conditions above are met. 

 

Make sure you package your return appropriately and send via tracked post as we are not accountable for returned goods that are damaged or lost in transit. Please note that return postage must be organised by customers.   

    

How do I swap sizes or exchange an item?

 

If you wish to request an exchange, please use the CONTACT US form with your order number (if purchased online) or the name of the venue (if purchased at one of our theatre kiosks) and details about the product you would like to exchange.

When the return is received, we will refund your original order and ask that you place an order for the new size or item online. If you contact us with your exchange request within 7 working days, you are entitled to a full refund of your original order, including the original delivery cost. If you contact us outside of 7 working days, we will still accept your return but only the product cost/s will be refunded. 

 

How do I replace a faulty/damaged item or correct an order error?

 

If the goods received are faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, you can choose between a refund, replacement (where possible), or exchange. Ensure you contact us within 30 days of receiving the affected item/s.

 

We will cover the cost of return shipping (if required) and replacement shipping in the case of faulty goods or order errors on the part of Playbill.

 

If you have received a faulty item or there has been an error with your order, please use the CONTACT US form with your order number (if purchased online) or the name of the venue (if purchased at one of our theatre kiosks) and details about the product/s. We will respond within two business days with instructions.
